注意事項 / Remarks :
1.領取識別證方式:
9月18日前完成線上報名且付費之國內與會者, 我們將郵寄識別證到您提供之國內郵寄地。
9月19日(含)以後及國外報名者的識別證,請於10/14 - 10/16至南港展覽館4樓報到處領取。
2.入場方式: 尚未領取識別證者,請於活動當天持報名確認信函及一張個人名片至4樓報到櫃檯領取。所有論壇將憑藉識別證入場。
3.線上報名將於10月11日關閉,逾期者請於活動當天至南港展覽館4樓M區報名與付費。
現場付費者將以原價計價。 
4.論壇現場不發放任何紙本講義。簡報內容於會議結束後二星期內在PV Taiwan Forum 網頁開放PDF格式下載。會後請上網填寫問卷,填寫完成後即可下載,詳細下載說明將於現場提供及會後寄送至報名時登記的e-mail信箱。
5.因座位有限,請於課程開始前三十分鐘報到。座位採先到先入席制, 請提早到場避免向隅。

1.Badge Collection :
 We will mail your badge to your mailing address in Taiwan if you complete registration process with payment before September 18. If you do not have mailing address in Taiwan or you miss the deadline, please pick up the badge at on-site counter located 4F, TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall.
2. Admission: If you do not have your badge, please print out the confirmation letter with signup ID and bring your personal business card to get your admission badge at 4F, TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall. All forums will be based on the badge as the admission.
3. Online registration and payment will be closed at October 11, 2015; after October 11, please go to On-site Registration Counter located at Area M, 4F, TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall to complete your registration and payment. The price will be charged on-site price, if you pay on site. 
4. There will be NO hard copy proceedings provided on-site. The downloadable PDF (with speakers’ authorization) will be opened within two weeks and please fill out the on-line survey to download the presentation materials.
5. Please arrive earlier to complete check-in procedure to secure your seat.
